Start of Semester……………Monday, November 14, 2011

Midterm Clearance Slips…..Thursday, December 15, 2011 to Saturday , December 17, 2011

Mid-Term Examination……Monday, December 19, 2011 to Sunday, December 25, 2011

Presentation Week………….Monday, January  31, 2012 to Sunday, February 05, 2012

Dead Week………………….Monday, February  06, 2012 to Sunday, February 12, 2012

Final Exam Clearance Slip........Thursday, February 09, 2012 to Saturday, February 11, 2012

Final Exam………………….Monday, February 13, 2012 to Sunday February 19, 2012

Results………………….……Three days after conduct of the respective examination paper. 

NOTE:    ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All assignments/projects presentations should be completed before Final Examination.
2. There will be no make-up mid-term exam. Absentees in Mid-term exam will get ZERO mark.
3. The students can miss only two classes of a course throughout the semester. The students are advised to save this option for real emergencies. No relaxation will be given in the attendance.
4.  ‘I’ Grade applications are to  be submitted within 3 days of the conduct of respective paper.
5. Re-checking applications should be submitted within 3 days of the declaration of result of the respective paper.
6. Extension in ‘I’ grade is not allowed. Student are advised to take ‘I’ grade examination as schedule which will be held during eighth week of the semester.
