PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SET OF DATES FOR THE FALL 2010 SEMESTER:

                 Start of Semester……………Monday, August 2, 2010

                 Midterm Clearance Slip……Thursday, August 26, 2010 to Saturday, August 28, 2010

                 Mid-Term Examination……Monday, August 30, 2010 to Sunday, September 5, 2010

                 Presentation Week………….Monday, October 25, 2010 to Sunday, October 31, 2010

                 Dead Week………………….Monday, November 1, 2010 to Sunday, November 7, 2010

                 Clearance Slip………………Thursday, November 4, 2010 to Saturday, November 6, 2010

                 Final Exam………………….Monday, November 8, 2010 to November 14, 2010

                 Results………………….……Three days after conduct of the respective examination paper.

 NOTE:    ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All assignments/projects presentations should be completed before Final Examination.
2. There will be no make-up mid-term exam. Absentees in Mid-term exam will get ZERO mark.

3. 100% Attendance is mandatory to sit in the final exam.

4. ‘I’ Grade applications are to be submitted within 3 days of the conduct of respective paper.

5. Re-checking applications should be submitted within 3 days of the declaration of result.
