The Greenwich Career Development Center (GCDC) is focused on the training and better placement of the students. The GCDC has qualified counselors who have been trained by USAID. The University has signed a MoU with them and their representatives in Pakistan promote effective counseling for youth in general and women in particular. 

Moreover, there are HR forums which constantly visit the University as representatives from the private sector, academia and the government to discuss sector-specific Human Resources issues, challenges and priorities. Hence, this allows the GCDC to gain insight into the HR needs, key skills and requirements in the market and business sector. Therefore the Greenwich Career Development Center is also constantly retraining youth at the University and people from the community.
